I. Corporate Compliance Manager

Quantity: 1

Job Description:

- Responsible for improving the productivity of an organization’s employees based on compliance with company prescribed Service and Quality Standards.

- Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees.

- Assess store-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives.

- Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees.

- Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Identify “core competencies” of workforce.

• Identify “core competencies” of workforce with training director.
• Deploy competency mapping in the company.

2. Knowledge Management

• Keeping training materials up to date.

• Using IT to produce training materials and manuals.

• Management of all training materials of company.

• Organizing the using of training materials in company (also include e-learning).

3. Training needs

• Identifying training and development needs within an organization.

4. Design and develop training programs

• Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs.

• Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization.

5. Implement training programs

• Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met;

• Planning the training title.

• Make training plan monthly, quarterly.

• Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.

6. Appraisal of training effectiveness

• Evaluating training and development programs.

7. Design career development for all positions.

• Design “development way” for each position.

• Communicate career development to all employees.

8. Identify and implement career development for each employee.

• Check competency of each employee as requirements

• Identify development plan for each employee.

9. Workforce competency appraisal.

• Appraisal competency of employee periodically.

• Identify quality of workforce as requirements

• Develop testing and evaluation procedures.

10. Training Budget

• Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.

• Assessing the return on investment (ROI) of training or development programs

11. Submission of periodic training reports as required

Job Requirement:

- University Degree (or equivalent)

-  Proven generalist experience including the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels

-  Fully conversant and up-to-date with all aspects of employment law and HR best practice

- Experience in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures

- Experience at recruitment interviewing and assessment at a senior level

- Ability to work autonomously and flexibly

- Influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills

- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to prepare and present reports to director level

- Pro-active and self-motivated

- Excellent planning and organization skills to meet deadlines

- Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, email and the Internet

- Excellent attention to detail

- Co-operative and supportive team player

- A good working knowledge of HR systems

- Ability to create HR communications appropriate for the audience

II. Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Direct the company’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications towards the successful promotion of its core products & services, namely.

- Givral Concept Outlets – Bakeshop, Casual Dining Restaurants, Cafe

- Givral Coffee & Tea Line

Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

1. Design, implement, and facilitate local store and store-wide Brand Marketing Program, covering –

• Brand Development

• Brand Management

• Research and Development

• Advertising & Promotions

• Communications & Public Relations

• Customer Relations Management

• Events Management

2. Manage, control, and administer the company approved Marketing Budgets

3. Organize and implement client relations including:

• client satisfaction surveys

• client development activities

• special events

4. Responsible for Revenue Management by overseeing the development of strategic pricing of products and services offered

5. Engage and create alliances with vendors, suppliers, prospect sponsors to create cost efficient promotions, events, marketing tie-ups/ partnerships that are aimed to generate revenue and/ or promote the core products and services of the company.

6. Actively lead the company in its business development efforts/ programs to consistently maintain its competence across changing business & industry climates.

7. Implement and oversee corporate communications activities including:

• External communications and systems

• Internal communications and systems

• Public relations efforts

8. Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, promotions vendors, etc.

9. Oversee the company’s electronic marketing efforts including content supervision of web site and all internet-based marketing initiatives.

10. Upon consultation with the General Manager, make staffing and hiring decisions within marketing department.

11. Work, liaise and direct consult with other departments in conjunction with related marketing initiatives.

Job Requirement:

- Education: Degree/s in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred.

- Experience: At least five years in the same capacity. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; \ marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.

- Required Skills: Must be a self-starter, highly organized, aggressively proactive and highly visionary. Innovative. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Must possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications.
