In line with our expansion, we are looking for a suitable qualified candidate for the position of Front Desk Attendant for our service apartment building at Rose Garden, 170 Ngoc Khanh street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi.


  • To welcome guests and identify specific reservations
  • To register the guest and ensure their necessary details such as full name, address, nationality, passport     number, etc
  • To allocate room according to reservation list and confirm room rates, room location, and types of room
  • To cooperate with GRO to complete guest check-in and check out procedures
  • To notify housekeeping of all late check out, early check in and special requests
  • To develop knowledge by using software in the Front Office position
  • To use proper telephone etiquette and follow message handling procedures
  • To receive information about the daily activities and meetings taking place in the Building
  • To handle different requests and complaints of guests
  • To handle room changes according to room available status
  • To prepare all the necessary forms required to carry out the daily operation
  • To change foreign currency based on the daily bank rate given by the Financial Controller
  • To make reports to Accounting Department
  • To prepare the records upon checkout and check in
  • To fill in the Room Reconciliation at the end of each day and send it to Accounting Department
  • To improve knowledge about other departments, their staffs, services and working hours of operation in the Building
  • To report any unusual occurrences and requests to superiors
  • To follow all safety and emergency procedures, and how to act upon them (Risk Management)
  • To follow established standard operating procedures
  • To liaise or alert bellman to collect the guest’s luggage and issue room key
  • To complete office bulletin book.
  • To be fully in charge of assigned tasks
  • To control the hygiene and cleanliness of working area, equipment and material
  • To apply strictly all safety and hygiene policies, regulations and procedures of the Building (HACCP)
  • To constantly adhere to the grooming standards of the Building
  • To perform other duties assigned by superiors.


  • College or Bacherlor degree is required
  • Minimum 1 year trach record experience in Front Office is an advantage
  • Good communication skills ( writeen and verbal ) in both Vietnamese and English
