(CafeF) One Capital Hospitality (OCH) takes the lead in supporting Khanh Hoa Province’s ambitious vision of generating VND 60 trillion in tourism revenue and welcoming 12 million international visitors.

As one of Vietnam’s most renowned coastal tourism paradises, Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa holds a major strategic advantage in developing a tourism-based economy and is actively realizing its bold 2025 targets.

Khanh Hoa Sets Ambitious Target of VND 60 Trillion in Tourism Revenue

In 2025, Khanh Hoa Province aims to welcome 11.8 million visitors, including 5.2 million international arrivals and 6.6 million domestic tourists, with total tourism revenue projected at VND 60 trillion.

This ambitious plan was announced by Mr. Phan Dinh Phung – Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa’s Department of Tourism – during a recent business meeting with key stakeholders in the local tourism sector.

Khanh Hoa, especially the city of Nha Trang, is internationally recognized for its pristine beaches, pleasant climate, and diverse entertainment and resort options—making it a consistently attractive destination for both domestic and international travelers. In 2024 alone, Khanh Hoa welcomed over 10.6 million visitors, marking a 45.5% increase from 2023.

The number of international tourists to Nha Trang has far surpassed other major tourist hubs such as Da Nang, Quang Ninh, and even fivefold that of Phu Quoc.

Nha Trang – the iconic coastal city – continues to win the hearts of tourists and holds a prominent place on the global tourism map.

Upgrading Hospitality Portfolio and Investing in Key Projects in Nha Trang

Known for its world-class coastal charm, Nha Trang boasts numerous award-winning beaches and islands recognized globally, such as: Top 10 Best Scuba Diving Destinations (2020), Top 50 Most Beautiful Beaches in the World, and one of the 29 Most Beautiful Bays in the World. This international acclaim continues to drive sustainable tourist interest.

In recent years, Nha Trang has seen increased investment in tourism infrastructure and service quality, aimed at elevating its appeal to international markets. To achieve its ambitious 2025 revenue goal, the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has implemented several strategic solutions—from developing unique tourism products to exploring sustainable tourism models.

Seizing this momentum, One Capital Hospitality (OCH) has strategically poured resources into Nha Trang to capitalize on the province’s booming tourism prospects. In 2024, OCH successfully completed the renovation of StarCity Hotel & Condotel Beachfront Nha Trang, unveiling a refreshed coastal hotel experience. Following this, in 2025, OCH plans to partially upgrade the iconic Sunrise Beach & Spa Hotel located on the vibrant Tran Phu coastal road. The company will also launch the MGallery Ninh Van Bay project on Hon Heo Peninsula, covering 20 hectares of land and 10 hectares of sea.

After a comprehensive internal restructuring and the establishment of a clear strategic direction through 2030 set by the Board of Directors, OCH’s management has taken decisive actions. As a result, StarCity Nha Trang was officially recognized as a 5-star hotel by the Vietnam National Authority of Tourism in December 2024. In 2025, we will also complete and launch the 5-star Dusit Tu Hoa Palace Hotel in Hanoi,” shared OCH’s executive team.

Strategic Expansion and Future Vision

Looking ahead, OCH is committed to expanding and upgrading its premium hotel portfolio. In 2025, the company will continue developing, renovating, and enhancing its 5-star properties while exploring M&A opportunities with major assets in other key tourist cities, similar to Nha Trang.

Our long-term vision is to position OCH as a leading developer of luxury hotels and Grade A office buildings in Vietnam,” shared Ms. Le Viet Nga, Chairwoman of the Board of Ocean Group (OGC), and Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh, CEO of One Capital Hospitality (OCH).
