Harmoniously blending brand identity with the essence of national culture, OCH has left a distinctive mark across key sectors including Food Industry, Hospitality Real Estate, Hotel Management, Financial Investment, and related services.

In the food sector, OCH proudly owns renowned brands that embody the richness of traditional Vietnamese cuisine, such as Trang Tien Ice Cream (established in 1958) and Givral Bakery (since 1950). In the real estate sector, the company has made a strong impression through a series of prestigious projects — from international 5-star hotels like StarCity Nha Trang and Sunrise Nha Trang to Dusit Tu Hoa Hanoi – Tu Hoa Palace, as well as premium office buildings such as Leadvisors Tower and Leadvisors Place. These developments have set new benchmarks for the luxury resort and Grade A office markets, reinforcing OCH’s solid position in Vietnam’s premium real estate landscape.

Looking ahead, OCH will continue to expand its footprint in the food sector while focusing on the enhancement and development of its existing portfolio of five-star hotels. Through a proactive mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy, the company aims to increase its ownership of high-value assets in key tourism destinations across the country. The Board of Directors has set a clear vision for OCH to become a leading investor and operator of premium real estate in the hospitality and Grade A office sectors in Vietnam – continuing its journey of “Creating Legacy” and elevating customer experiences to new heights.
