Established on July 24, 2006, One Capital Hospitality Joint Stock Company (OCH) operates across various sectors including food industry, hospitality real estate, hotel and building management, financial investment, and related services. Guided by the mission of “Creating Legacy”, OCH continuously expands its footprint and elevates its brand, contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam’s tourism, service, and real estate industries. The company was officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) in October 2010 with a charter capital of VND 1,000 billion. To enhance capital flexibility for project execution, OCH increased its charter capital to VND 2,000 billion in August 2013.
